Hello! I’m Vikki Quick. Yup, Quick is the name I was born with – and kept. I have a brother named Jack B. Quick (seriously), and my middle name is Hand. There’s a story there!
Storytelling, in fact, is one of the key goals for my photos. I aim to capture emotional qualities as life unfolds – and as stories are created. I consider my style natural yet compelling ... creative... and sometimes just a whole bunch of fun.
I’ve been in love with taking pictures for many years. My two daughters are used to my camera, which must've seemed like an extension of my hip when they were little.
I’m primarily a natural-light photographer but also shoot indoors. Over the past 10 years, I’ve won several awards from portraits and landscapes to cell phone photos. I look to capture unique perspectives, but I also love to use classic approaches within my work.
